Class Descriptions
Hi-Low: Pace and energy of this class will leave you breathless. Pre-choreographed high impact moves will improve your cardiovascular .strength and endurance in no time.
Power Bar: If you want to reshape your body then this is THE WAY to do it. Pre-choreographed full body work-out using weights focused on achievement of your goals.
Pilates: The ultimate mind-body exercise for those who want to tone, streamline and re-align their bodies. This class is designed to create longer leaner muscles, enhance emotional well-being and reduce stress and fatigue.
Spinning: A fantastic energy burning work-out. This is an indoor cycling class lead by an instructor. Great cardiovascular fitness and great fun.
Yoga: Yoga is based on the sequence of ten postures combined with breathing and relaxation exercises. Wonderful class to add balance to your life.
Fitball: A unique and effective exercise class. Giant fitballs are used to sculpt and tone your body. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Boxing: As real as it gets. Participants work in pairs whilst challenging their cardiovascular strength and conditioning their bodies. The most effective and proven way to an ultimate fitness.
Abs Blast: 1 hour class incorporating 30 min of pure stomach workout and 30 min of cardio for those who game enough for the challenge and looking for a flat stomach or 6 pack.
Step
Tai-Chi:
A medium impact aerobic workout which is suitable for any fitness level Traditional Chinese art of revitalising your spirit, body and mind. Suitable for all ages.
