Week 1 Tue 6.15am-7.15am
Cardiovascular session combining boxing routines and cycling session will leave you breathless. A tough 15 min abs session will complete your first hour.

Week 1 Thu 6.15-7.15am
Strength training. You will feel muscles you thought you never had during this session and for many days to follow.

Week 2 Tue 6.15am-7.15am
Combination of weights and cycling will leave you wondering as whether you are fit enough to get through this session. You will enjoy results though.

Week 2 Thu 6.15-7.15am
Outside group run/walk/jog followed by 15min cardio drill.

Week 3 Tue 6.15am-7.15am
Brutal 45min weights session (upper body) followed by 15min extreme boxing routine

Week 3 Thu 6.15-7.15am
Brutal 40min weights session (lower body) followed by surprised cardio workout you cannot possible imagine.

Week 4 Tue 6.15am-7.15am
Outside group run/walk/jog followed by 15min abs drill. You will REALLY FEEL YOUR ABS.

Week 4 Thu 6.15-7.15am
Workout from hell. You just have to wait and see what is in store for you that day

You are fit enough now, you can handle it. Advanced boxing session.

Week 5 Thu 6.15-7.15am
You thought yo had seen the worse. This weight training session will take your fitness to the next level.

Week 6 Tue 6.15am-7.15am
Advanced cycling session followed by 15min abs routine

Week 6 Feb 6.15-7.15am
Outdoor 30min run followed by nightmare of a cardio drill
*You do not need to be an extremely fit person to enrol but yo are required to give it 110%
